Del Vivaio is among the finest and fruitiest olive oils available today, with an acidity level for the 2007 pressing of around 0.2%
 
Our DEL VIVAIO brand olive oil is cold-pressed and chemical-free.
In our region an untreated olive tree yields 30 kg of olives on average, or 4 liters of excellent oil after pressing. This is an extremely low yield when you consider that the same tree treated chemically would produce upwards of 100 kg of fruit. All our trees are picked by hand. This traditional practice, while labor intensive, allows us to harvest our olives at their peak of ripeness.
We package our oil in functional 3 and 5 liter cans priced at 9 euros the liter, all taxes included. Shipping charges to be determined with each consignment.
